Creo 3.0 license issues

Hi,

I tried this guide http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/relicense_creo2_student_uni.pdf to renew my license for Creo 3.0 M010 student. But everytime i enter the license code (it's BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL) i get an error and the message to get in touch with the license administration. I use the program on two devices, a notebook and a desktop pc. Those problems only occur on my notebook, Creo runs fine on my PC.

I also deinstalled it completely and reinstalled it, but it's still the same. I also use Creo 2.0 on both devices, but i had no problems to run both programs ever since.
