Problem Outline:
This problem is charactized by an error message that opens up after PTC Creo 2.0 has fully loaded. The error message apepars in a Creo window titled "Message" and Creo closes upon clicking "OK". There are several variations of this error message with seperate error numbers. An example of one possible message is shown below.
Solution:
This error is caused because Creo 2.0 cannot communicate with the "Quality Agent". The Quality Agent is an extension of the Student and Academic editions fo Creo which helps us improve later versions.
