MathCAD Prime 3.0 crash

I have MathCAD Prime 3.0 Academic Version. I worked with this Product 2 month perfectly. Suddenly my maschine made a shutdown.

Now i get everytime the message: An Unhandled excpetion occured on the dispatcher thread. .......  - see appandix

My lisence.dat file is dated to 31.dec.2018 for Prime 3.0 and CREO 2.0.

In the next step I uninstalled MathCAD and installed Prime 3.0.

But the problem was the same.

I can t find a solution for this problem
